Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 piece Pizza crust Store-bought or homemade

Meats

  • 6 slices Crispy bacon Cook until crispy
  • 1 cup Browned pork sausage Cooked and crumbled

Vegetables

  • 1 medium Sweet red bell pepper Chopped
  • 2 stalks Scallions Chopped

Eggs and Cheese

  • 4 large Scrambled eggs Whisked and cooked
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese Shredded

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions that come with your pizza crust.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crispy bacon until it is done. Place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
  • In the same skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat, breaking it up into smaller pieces as it cooks.
  • In a bowl, whisk together your eggs and scramble them in a pan.
  • Roll out your pizza crust on a baking sheet.

Assembly and Cooking

  • Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the pizza crust.
  • Layer the crispy bacon, browned sausage, chopped sweet red bell peppers, and scallions on top.
  • Sprinkle both cheddar and Pepper Jack cheese generously over the toppings.
  • Bake the Breakfast Pizza in the oven as directed on the pizza crust packaging, for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once done, let it cool for a minute, then slice into wedges and serve.

Notes

For an even crispier crust, you can pre-bake the crust for a few minutes before adding toppings. Consider adding garlic or Italian seasoning to the sausage for extra flavor.
