Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 unit Pizza crust Use fresh or store-bought.

Meats

  • 4 slices Bacon Cook until crispy.
  • 1 pound Sausage Brown in skillet.

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Sweet peppers (chopped)
  • ½ cup Onion (chopped)

Cheese

  • 1 cup Provolone cheese (shredded) Quality cheese recommended.
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese (shredded) Quality cheese recommended.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the four slices of bacon over medium heat until they’re crispy and drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, brown the pound of sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Add the chopped sweet peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until the onions are translucent and the peppers are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Prepare your pizza crust as needed, rolling out if using store-bought.

Assembly and Baking

  • Crumble cooked bacon and sprinkle it over the pizza crust, followed by the sausage and sautéed veggies.
  • Add the shredded provolone and Pepper Jack cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to customize with ingredients like spinach or mushrooms. For a crispier crust, pre-bake it for 5 minutes.
