Preparation

  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Use kitchen scissors to cut the lobster tails lengthwise.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.

Cooking

  • Broil the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
