  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to use low-fat cheese for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to use low-fat cheese for a healthier option.
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough Whole wheat crescent roll dough can be used for a healthier version.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, olive oil, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and both cheeses. Mix well.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet and press together any seams.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly across the dough.
  • Roll the dough to enclose the filling and seal the edges.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm with sides like celery sticks and ranch dressing or a fresh green salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
