Ingredients
  

For the buffalo chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • to taste Buffalo Wild Wings Medium Sauce Pour enough to cover the chicken well.

For assembly

  • to taste shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 loaf garlic bread Use store-bought or homemade.
  • to taste ranch dressing For drizzling before serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Add the chicken breasts and season them with pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning.
  • Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Medium Sauce over the chicken to cover it well.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks and add more sauce if you like it saucy.

Assembly

  • Cook the garlic bread according to package directions or your favorite recipe.
  • Place the buffalo chicken mixture on the garlic bread, then top it with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over it before serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven, great on its own or with a side salad. For less spice, use a milder buffalo sauce or mix it with some barbecue sauce. Feel free to add more cheese or diced vegetables for additional flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days and reheated in the oven.
