  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Balances out the heat of the buffalo sauce.
  • Slider buns pieces Slider buns Whole grain or gluten-free buns can be used.
  • 1/2 cup ranch butter Mix softened butter with ranch seasoning.

  • Sliced tomatoes Add a pop of color and flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Shred cooked chicken into fine pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and stir well.
  • Lightly toast slider buns in the oven or on a skillet.

Assembly

  • On the bottom half of each bun, add a generous amount of buffalo chicken.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over the buffalo chicken.
  • Layer on lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and sliced pickles.
  • Spread ranch butter on the top half of the buns.
  • Close the sliders and gently press down to hold everything together.

Baking

  • Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until tops are golden and toasty.

Serving

  • Let cool for a minute, serve warm with additional ranch if desired.

Notes

Use shredded chicken right off the bone for maximum flavor. These sliders are versatile and can be made ahead of time or frozen for later.
