Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts Thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For cooking the onion and chicken
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 medium onion Sliced
  • 6 pieces bacon Cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner.
  • Slice an onion into thin pieces.

Cooking

  • Heat a griddle over medium-high heat and add some olive oil and the onions.
  • Lay out the bacon next to the onions and cook until crispy, then remove to drain grease.
  • Add the chicken to the griddle, seasoning both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F and is golden brown on both sides.
  • Brush the cooked chicken with Parmesan Garlic sauce and top with cooked onions, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  • Cover with a dome for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

Notes

To store leftovers, place the chicken in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it for up to 2 months.
