Ingredients
  

For the Cake

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2.5 cups flour (500 grams)
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp margarine

For the Icing

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Blend all cake ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased Bundt pan.

Baking

  • Bake at 350°F for 30-60 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Icing

  • In a saucepan, bring coconut milk, sugar, and grated coconut to a boil.
  • Once it reaches a boil, let it cool slightly.
  • Drizzle the icing over the hot cake.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. If refrigerated, it lasts up to a week. Warm slightly in the microwave before serving.
