Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, smoked sausage, shredded cheese, chopped onion, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Baking

Notes
