  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced Use thin slices for quick cooking.
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 small taco shells Warm right before serving.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Provolone) Feel free to use other types of cheese.
  • Buffalo sauce Buffalo sauce Adjust based on spice preference.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing.

  • 2 cups frozen fries Cook according to package instructions until crispy.

  • Cook the frozen fries according to package instructions until crispy.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  • Add the ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  • Warm the taco shells in the oven.

Assembly

  • Fill each taco shell with the steak, peppers, onions, and top with cheese.
  • Drizzle Buffalo sauce over the tacos.
  • Serve hot with fries on the side.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the components separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before assembling new tacos. Taco shells are best eaten fresh.
