  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version.
  • 2 large eggs Can be substituted with a flaxseed mixture for a vegan option.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for drizzling Use enough to coat the cauliflower evenly.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs and cheese.
  • Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Serving

Notes
