Seasoning & Toppings

Instructions
 

Sauté the Aromatics

  • In a large pot, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.

Add Garlic

  • Add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.

Incorporate Cauliflower

  • Add the chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth. Bring to a gentle boil.

Simmer

  • Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.

Blend It Up

  • Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until creamy.

Cheesy Goodness

  • Stir in the shredded cheese and milk or cream until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Finish and Serve

  • Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon and buttery breadcrumbs.

Notes
