Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Feel free to use other cheese varieties.
  • to taste salt and pepper

Pockets

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry or dough for pockets Ensure it is rolled out.
  • as needed Cooking spray or oil for air frying This is for brushing the outside of the pockets.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  • Fold the pastry over to create pockets and seal the edges.
  • Lightly spray the outside with cooking spray or brush with oil.

Cooking

  • Place the pockets in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve warm, optionally with a fresh salad, steamed vegetables, or dipping sauces like marinara or extra Alfredo sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer or oven. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
