  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set aside.
  • Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each slice of bread until thin and even.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly across the bottom third of each bread slice.
  • Roll the bread tightly from the cheese side up to form a log. Seal the edge with melted butter if needed.

Baking

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Mix well.
  • Place each rollup seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. If using an air fryer, cook at 360°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serving

  • Let cool for a minute, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served warm. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes. Feel free to mix and match your cheeses.
