For Wrapping

  • 4 large flour tortillas Perfectly wrap up all those delightful ingredients.
  • 1/2 cup creamy cheese sauce Store-bought or homemade; makes everything extra delicious.

Preparation

  • Preheat your skillet over medium heat, ensuring it's hot enough for the beef to sizzle.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up into small crumbles as it cooks.
  • Once browned, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for about 2 minutes until onion is softened.
  • Season the beef mix with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine.
  • Add ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard, stirring thoroughly until you achieve a creamy sauce.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave for about 15-20 seconds, making them pliable.

Assembly

  • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each warmed tortilla.
  • Spoon the beef mixture on top of the cheese and drizzle some creamy cheese sauce over it if desired.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll them tightly from the bottom up like a burrito.
