  • 2 slices slices of ham Can substitute with turkey or bacon.
  • 2 large eggs Cooked to your preference (scrambled or fried).
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Butter butter (optional, for toasting) For crispier toast.
  • to taste Cheese Any kind, for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Toast the bread slices in a skillet or toaster.

Cooking

  • In a separate pan, cook the ham until heated through.
  • While the ham is heating, crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your liking (scrambled or fried).

Assembly

  • Once the bread is toasted, lay the ham slices on top of each piece.
  • Add the cooked eggs on top of the ham.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the eggs and let it melt slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.

Notes

For a heartier meal, use thick slices of bread. Experiment with different types of cheese like cheddar or mozzarella, and consider adding veggies like spinach or bell peppers.
