Cooking Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  • Toast the bread slices in the skillet until golden brown.
  • In the same skillet, add the ham slices to warm them up.
  • Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, scrambled, etc.).
  • Place the toasted bread on a plate, layer with ham, and top with the cooked eggs.
  • Add cheese on top if desired, allow it to melt slightly, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

Notes
