  • 4 pieces low-carb flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce plus extra for dipping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For greasing

  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing the baking sheet

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface and spread a layer of pizza sauce over each one.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Add sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the toppings.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  • Place the roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet greased with cooking spray or olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

Serving

  • Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding your favorite veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms to the filling. Use different types of cheese for a unique taste. Cheddar or provolone can be a good choice. Make sure to roll the tortillas tightly so the filling doesn’t escape while baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
