  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • Salsa (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Cook the tater tots according to the package instructions.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, tater tots, and shredded cheese until well combined.
  • Lay out a tortilla and place a portion of the mixture in the center. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  • Place the burritos seam side down on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Enjoy warm with optional sour cream and salsa for dipping. You can add toppings like diced jalapeños or guacamole for extra flavor. To store leftovers, wrap in foil or use an airtight container. They can be kept in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for longer storage.
