  • 1 piece graham cracker pie crust Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 package softened cream cheese (8 oz) Make sure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste if you prefer it sweeter.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure vanilla extract is recommended for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped until stiff peaks form.

For the topping

  • 1 can cherry pie filling Alternatively, use fresh pitted cherries.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese together with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until it’s fully combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread it out evenly.
  • Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until it’s set.
  • Before serving, top your cheesecake with cherry pie filling.
  • Slice it up and enjoy your delicious no-bake cherry cheesecake!

Notes

Cherry cheesecake is best served chilled. You can serve it with whipped cream or chocolate shavings for added flair. Store in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
