Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 package softened cream cheese (8 oz) Make sure it's at room temperature.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped to stiff peaks.

Topping

  • 1 can cherry pie filling For topping.

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Serving

  • Once set, top with cherry pie filling, slice, and enjoy.
