Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large large flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups cooked shredded chicken Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to use a different type of cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing Spicy ranch can be used for extra heat.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro Can add more depending on taste.
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Lay tortillas flat and evenly divide shredded chicken between them.
  • Top each with sliced avocado, shredded cheddar, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  • Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito, folding in the sides as you go.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place burritos seam-side down and toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Slice in half and serve warm, optionally garnished with extra cilantro.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the burritos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet before serving. Other toppings can include diced tomatoes, jalapeños, or corn.
