  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning Brings classic ranch flavor.
  • 3 cups pasta (rotini or penne) Choose shapes that hold sauce well.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese For gooey and melty texture.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese Sharp cheese flavor.

Optional Enhancements

  • 2 teaspoons fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme) Enhances aroma and flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, then drain.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken pieces seasoned with salt and pepper for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well coated.
  • Mix in mozzarella and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Baking

  • Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra crispy topping, sprinkle more shredded cheese during the last few minutes of baking. For a kick, consider adding diced jalapeños.
