Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, sliced Slice thinly for faster cooking.
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced Fresh mushrooms recommended.
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced Any color of bell pepper can be used.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust for saltiness preference.
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Can be adjusted to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • to taste none Salt and pepper Season according to preference.
  • for serving none Cooked rice or noodles Rice or noodles to serve the stir-fry.

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add mushrooms, bell pepper, and broccoli. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Return the chicken to the pan, and stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle sesame seeds or chopped green onions on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
