For the Wrap

  • 4 pieces Soft tortillas Warm slightly for pliability
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce Chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup Croutons Optional for extra crunch

Optional Add-Ons

  • 1 piece Avocado Sliced, for healthy fats
  • 1 cup Grilled vegetables Such as zucchini or bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup Bacon bits For added flavor
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha For heat
  • 1 cup Cooked quinoa For added sustenance

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then grill or pan-cook until fully cooked.
  • Let chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  • Chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  • If making homemade Caesar dressing, blend mayo, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste (optional), and Parmesan cheese.

Assembly

  • Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  • Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  • Layer with chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, extra Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.

Notes
