  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Tidy up your kitchen and gather all your ingredients.
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Cooking Vegetables

  • Add the chopped onion, diced celery, and carrots to the pot and sauté for about five minutes until tender and fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a joyful boil.

Finish Cooking

  • Add the gnocchi to the pot and cook according to the package instructions.
  • Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and fresh spinach, allowing the greens to wilt.

Notes
