Preparation

  • Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Add minced garlic and ginger into the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes, stirring often.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sugar.
  • Add the cooked noodles into the skillet, pour the sauce mixture over everything and toss gently to combine.
  • Ensure everything is well coated and heated through, about 2 minutes.
