Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped onions, celery, carrots, diced potatoes, and creamy gravy. Stir until well mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Prepare the herb stuffing according to the package instructions and spread it evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
  • If needed, pour some chicken broth over the stuffing to keep it moist.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy topping, broil for the last few minutes. Fresh herbs can greatly enhance flavor.
