Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

For the filling

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups Cold milk

For the topping

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • Chocolate shavings For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan.
  • Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until crispy. Remove and let cool.

Filling

  • In another bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about two minutes until thickened.
  • Pour the pudding into the cooled crust and spread it evenly.

Chilling and Topping

  • Cover the pie and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • When ready to serve, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Frost the top of the chilled pie with the whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Notes

For variations, you can use an Oreo crust instead of a graham cracker crust. Serve with fresh berries or vanilla ice cream for an extra special touch.
