  • 1/2 cup feta cheese Crumble before adding.
  • 1/2 cup walnuts Toast for enhanced flavor.

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Use high-quality olive oil for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Adjust the ratio to taste.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to enhance the flavors.

Herbs (optional)

  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley or mint) Chopped for added freshness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Wash the mixed greens thoroughly and pat dry.
  • Slice cherry tomatoes in half and chop cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  • Thinly slice the red onion.

Assembly

  • Add pomegranate seeds, crumbled feta, and walnuts to the greens.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Notes
