  • 2 cups Fresh spinach, chopped Opt for fresh spinach for the best flavor.
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder Optional, for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped spinach.
  • Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese gently.
  • If adding garlic powder or other spices, sprinkle them in and mix.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the dip in advance and store it in the fridge. Add more cheese on top before baking for a crispy topping. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
