  • 4 slices Smoked bacon For extra crispiness, consider baking.
  • 4 slices Roasted turkey Tender and juicy.
  • 4 slices Smoky ham Provides savory flavor.
  • 1 cup Crisp lettuce Romaine or iceberg recommended.
  • 1 large Juicy tomato Garden-ripened for freshness.
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar for flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise Generous layer for creaminess.

Preparation

  • Preheat your toaster oven or regular oven.
  • Toast three slices of bread until golden brown.
  • Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
  • Layer the first slice with ham and turkey.
  • Add a layer of lettuce and tomato slices.
  • Place the second slice of toast on top, mayo side up, then add bacon and cheddar cheese.
  • Top with the final slice of toast, mayo side down.
  • Cut the sandwich into quarters for easy handling.
  • Secure each quarter with toothpicks if desired.

Notes

Tips: For extra crispy bacon, bake in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Adding freshly cracked black pepper over tomatoes can enhance flavor.
