Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich

  • 3 slices slices of bread, toasted Any type of bread can be used.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Yellow mustard
  • Britscookin Cajun seasoning (or use salt & pepper) For added flavor.
  • Sliced turkey breast
  • Sliced honey ham
  • Sharp cheddar cheese
  • Tomato slices
  • Cracked black pepper To season tomato slices.
  • 3-4 strips Crispy bacon
  • Leaf lettuce
  • Ruffle chips For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Toast all three slices of bread until golden and crisp.
  • For Layer 1 (Bottom), spread the bottom slice with mayo, then top with sliced turkey breast, tomato slices seasoned with cracked black pepper, and sharp cheddar cheese.
  • For the Middle Slice, spread one side with mayo, yellow mustard, and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning. Place that side down on Layer 1. Spread the top side with mayo, mustard, and Cajun seasoning.
  • For Layer 2, add sliced honey ham, crispy bacon, and fresh leaf lettuce.
  • Top with the final slice, spread with mayo, and place on top to finish the sandwich.
  • Cut into triangles with toothpicks if desired and serve with a side of ruffle chips.

Notes

Store any leftovers tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best eaten within a day for maximum freshness.
