Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Prepare the coleslaw mix or slice cabbage and carrots if making it fresh.
  • Drain the pasta and let it cool, optionally rinsing under cold water.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine the drained pasta, coleslaw mix, green onions, and carrots with the dressing.
  • Gently toss the ingredients until well coated.

Chilling

  • Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.

Notes
