Preparation

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mushroom Prep: Clean mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and remove stems.
  • Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, Parmesan, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Stuff the Mushrooms: Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.

Cooking

  • Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place stuffed mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with Olive Oil: Lightly drizzle olive oil over mushrooms.
  • Bake Away: Bake for about 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden brown.

Notes
