Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and place them on the counter.

Mixing the Base

  • In a large bowl, combine corn, onion, bell pepper, garlic, green onions, and jalapenos.
  • Mix everything together until well combined.

Adding Cheese

  • Gently fold in the Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.

Spicing It Up

  • Sprinkle in chili powder, paprika, and cayenne.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir until well combined.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Notes
