  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped Adds freshness and color.

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Adds depth of flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.

  • Wonton wrappers For making homemade chips.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until creamy.
  • Fold in the crab meat, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  • While the dip is baking, cut wonton wrappers into triangles, brush with oil, and bake on a sheet for 8-10 minutes until crispy.

Serving

  • Serve the dip warm with the wonton chips on the side.

Notes

For added flavor, you can incorporate fresh herbs or jalapeños. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and reheated.
