Seasonings

Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter Base of the creamy sauce.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is key.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream For luscious texture.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds nuttiness.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Enhances creaminess.
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice Brightens the flavors.

Instructions
 

Preparing the Lobster Tails

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the lobster tails dry with a paper towel.
  • Season the lobster tails with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot enough, gently add the lobster tails, cooking them for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Making the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  • Add in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Allow it to simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
  • If the sauce feels too thick, add a splash more cream or lobster broth.

Baking the Lobster Tails

  • Spoon some of the creamy garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails.
  • Carefully transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.

Serving

  • Remove the skillet from the oven and drizzle more sauce over the lobster tails.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra touch, consider broiling the lobster tails for 1-2 minutes after baking for a crispy top. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
