Ingredients
  

For the fudge

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use high-quality for the best flavor.
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup Not pancake syrup.
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts Toast if desired.
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease.

Cooking

  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, and butter. Stir constantly until everything is melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and chopped walnuts.

Setting

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Serving

  • Lift out of the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Refrigerate for up to two weeks to maintain freshness. You can customize nuts based on preference.
