Ingredients
  

For the Dip

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained Squeeze out excess water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Can be substituted with Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Serving

  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, bread slices, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or mix in some chopped sun-dried tomatoes or fresh herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
