Cooking Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Season to taste with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.

To keep the gnocchi tender, avoid overcooking. Fresh ingredients enhance flavor, and adding a splash of lemon juice balances the richness.
