Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Chicken

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Season chicken breast pieces with salt and pepper and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before transferring to a plate.

Sautéing the Garlic and Tomatoes

  • Add more olive oil to the skillet if needed. Toss in minced garlic and sundried tomatoes, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Adding the Spinach

  • Add fresh baby spinach to the skillet and stir for a couple of minutes until it wilts.

Creating the Creamy Sauce

  • Reduce the heat to low, pour in the cream, and stir to combine with garlic, spinach, and tomatoes. Add grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.

Combining Everything

  • Add cooked chicken and drained fettuccine into the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the creamy sauce.

Finishing Touches

  • Taste the dish and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or more Parmesan if desired. Remove from heat.

Serving

  • Plate the Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta while hot, garnishing with extra Parmesan or freshly chopped parsley.

Notes
