Creamy Component

  • 1 cup Vanilla yogurt Use good-quality yogurt for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional) Add if you prefer a sweeter salad.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Prevents browning and adds tanginess.

Crunchy Element

  • ½ cup Pecans (chopped) Adds crunch and nutty flavor.

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients for a tidy workspace.
  • Wash grapes and apples thoroughly.
  • Core the apples and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Prepare the grapes by cutting them in half or leaving them whole.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, grapes, and dried cranberries.
  • Add the vanilla yogurt to the fruit mixture and gently stir.
  • Drizzle in the honey if desired and mix until well blended.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix again.
  • Top with chopped pecans for crunch.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
