  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets Make sure to cut the cauliflower into even florets for consistent cooking.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Can switch up the cheese for different flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional) For added flavor.
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional) For extra crunch.

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat everything well.
  • If you are using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them and the cheese on top, then toss again to mix.

Cooking

  • Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

You can serve this dish as a side with your main meal or enjoy it as a snack. It pairs well with dips like ranch or marinara sauce. To store leftovers, put them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
