Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

  • Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until well-coated.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again.
  • Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cooking

  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and crispy. Cook an additional few minutes if necessary.
