  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Optional: grated Parmesan, for extra flavor

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Cooking

  • Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

Serving

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and add grated Parmesan if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Cut potatoes into even halves for uniform cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed. Feel free to experiment with different spices.
