Ingredients
  

Potatoes and Seasoning

  • 4 medium medium potatoes Choose medium-sized potatoes for even cooking.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Use extra virgin for better flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Chopped fresh herbs For garnish if desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into wedges or cubes.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the crispy potatoes in an airtight container in the fridge. They are best used within 1-2 days. Reheat them in the air fryer for a few minutes to bring back their crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary. You can change the seasoning according to your taste, such as using Italian seasoning or chili powder.
