  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Greek yogurt or ranch dip (for serving)
  • Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until well coated.
  • In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with dip and lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

Ensure each floret is well coated with olive oil and seasoning for the best flavor. For an even crispier result, broil them for the last 2-3 minutes of baking but keep a close eye to prevent burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days.
