Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Wings are best served hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese. If you have leftovers, let the wings cool completely before storing them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze them for up to 3 months.
