Ingredients

For the Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine recommended) Holds sauce beautifully.

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream Creates a luscious sauce.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For added creaminess.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic preferred.
  • 2 tbsp butter Adds richness.

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken

  • Start by seasoning your chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Beat the eggs in one bowl until frothy.
  • In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, and set aside.

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Fry each chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the chicken cook fully on one side for the best crust.
  • Once cooked, set the chicken aside on a warm plate.

Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and set aside.

Make the Creamy Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix in additional Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.

Combine

  • Add the cooked pasta directly into the sauce and toss gently to coat.

Serve

  • Serve creamy pasta first and lay crispy chicken on top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and optionally extra Parmesan.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken, let the coated chicken rest for about 10 minutes before frying. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the chicken reaches 165°F. For more sauce, double the creamy sauce ingredients. Serve with green salad or steamed vegetables.
